Booking Instructions

• Best Way to Book: Online through our direct reservation calendar for immediate date confirmation.
• Deposit Requirements: A $150 deposit per boat day is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Payment Methods Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash.
• Final Payment Due: Remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your trip on the day of the outing.
• Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled trip date for a full refund of your deposit.

Customer Support & Policies

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 14 days of the trip date forfeit the deposit unless the open spot is successfully rebooked for another group.
• Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. If severe weather or unsafe water conditions force a cancellation, your captain will make the call and offer a full refund or date transfer.
• Rescheduling: Trips can be rescheduled without penalty up to 14 days before departure, subject to open calendar availability.
• Refund Policy: Refunds for canceled trips outside the 14-day window or captain-cancelled weather days are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
